Refund Policy

Gradeflow presets are digital products delivered electronically. As soon as your order is confirmed, your download is available instantly. Because the product is delivered immediately and cannot be returned, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds.

By completing your purchase and accessing your download, you agree to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you waive any right to a refund once the files have been made available to you.

EU 14-day right of withdrawal
Under EU consumer law you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase without giving a reason. For digital content supplied instantly, this right ends once the download begins, provided you have given your prior consent to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you lose the right of withdrawal. By purchasing and downloading Gradeflow presets, you give this consent.

Problems with your download
While we don't offer refunds, we want you to get exactly what you paid for. If your files won't download, appear corrupted, or you received the wrong product, contact us right away at tobias@presenceagency.fi and we'll make it right, whether that means resending your files, helping you install them, or resolving the issue another way.
